Gary Sheffield Game-Worn Collection Signed Cleats, Batting Gloves and Game-Used SAM Bat

Gary Sheffield is a Hall of Famer in training. By the time he retires, Sheffield will most likely have over 3,000 hits and 600 home runs. Unlike most players 38, Sheffield still has pop in his bat and is one of the American League’s most powerful threats. This collection features a game-used bat (Dodgers), game-worn cleats (Yankees) and a pair of game-worn batting gloves. Each piece is signed by Sheffield in silver paint pen except for the bat.

The bat shows terrific game use with ball marks on all sides of the barrel. The SAM Bat (34″ and 31 ounces) has a 4″ handle crack and “10” is written on the knob. Manufactured in March of 2000, this stick was ready for the regular season.

The cleats exhibit moderate game wear with soil caked into the bottoms and custom Velcro swatches on the sides. The batting gloves also show decent big league use.
