“Irish Jerry” Quarry Fight Worn Signed Dated 6-17-74 Boxing Trunks w/LOA Quarry.
Out of stock
Irish kelly green satin trunks with vintage extra wide contrasting waistband and satin white side panels with extended side vents, a Quarry trademark. “J.Q.” sewn onto the left thigh.
Sourced directly from Quarry with matching robe and signed and dated by Quarry (6-17-74). Robe has since been sold separately. Comes with long, handwritten letter by Quarry to IBA senior executive.
“Irish Jerry” Quarry may have lost twice to Ali, but he was reverently referred to as the Great White Hope during his heyday of the 1960’s and 1970’s, and certainly was one of the most popular fighters ever.
