Iwao Takamoto Signed Scooby Doo Poster (Creator of Scooby Doo)

A career which began in the 1940’s, Iwao Takamoto is responsible for some of the most popular cartoon characters in our time. Takamoto first began his career as an artist at Disney Studios, where he worked on several films such as “101 Dalmatians”, “Cinderella”, “Peter Pan”, and even “Lady and the Tramp”. He later moved on to Hanna-Barbera where he went on to create his most famous work, Scooby-Doo. We are offering a poster of Scooby-Doo, in NM condition. Takamoto emblazoned his signature trademark, a quick sketch of Scooby-Doo, as well as his own autograph. Rating at “10”, this signature is written in black felt tip, and is a beautiful show of Takamoto’s talents.
