Description

The XFL was a professional American football league that played for one season in 2001. The league was founded by World Wrestling Federation owner Vince McMahon. The XFL was intended to be a major professional sports league complement to the offseason of the National Football League. The league only lasted one season and the Los Angeles Extreme were the victors in the only Championship Game in XFL history.

This Los Angeles Extreme Bike helmet was worn by wide receiver Jeremaine Copeland. It was worn in the Million Dollar Game (4/21/01) in a victory over San Francisco.

He led the WHOLE league in receptions! Los Angeles WON the championship this year! This was a one year style. The Bike supra light shell has futuristic side logos, unique center striping and the XFL logo on the back. “86” is located between league logo and warning sticker, and “4/21/01” is marked inside. Overall, shows heavy wear throughout with scratches and chipping. It was autographed by Copeland with an inscription in black felt tip, “XFL All Time WR”. The specimen is a must for the advanced helmet collector.

This helmet was obtained directly from the Los Angeles Extreme following the game.

Authentication: 100% Authentic Team Letter.
