Josh Johnson Game-Worn Jersey Signed Marlins – COA MLB

Josh Johnson played in (MLB) for the Florida/Miami Marlins and Toronto Blue Jays from 2005 through 2013. After an injury year in 2007, he returned to the Major Leagues on July 10, 2008 only eleven months after having undergone surgery. He made 14 starts in 2008, posting a 3.61 ERA.

Presented is this game worn grey away jersey from that 2008 season. It was worn Sept. 08, 2008 vs. Philadelphia Phillies. The eye-catching jersey features “FLORIDA” across the chest, “JOHNSON” across the top back and his number “55” on the reverse side all in sparkling silver on black, teal and white tackle twill.

Johnson signed the jersey on the front in bold, black sharpie along with the inscription “Game used 2008.” The left sleeve of the jersey boasts a stitched Marlins logo patch, while the front tail shows a “Majestic Authentic Collection” manufacturer’s tag [size 54].” The signed, game-used jersey shows light evidence of game use and is verified under the MLB Authentication program via a hologram.
