June Wilkinson started her career at age 12 in England, she appeared in prestigious West end theaters. After arriving in America, she posed for Playboy Magazine, and her pictures have appeared in that magazine more often than any other female. She has appeared in national touring companies of “Any Wednesday” with Tom Poston, “Come Blow Your Horn” with Sylvia Sidney and “The Marriage-Go-Round” with Louis Jour dan.
Her career took her to Las Vegas where she went on to star in two shows at the Union Plaza “What the Butler Saw” and “Pa-maja Tops,” the play in which she made her debut on Broadway, followed by “Ninety day Mistress,” which broke records.
This is an advertising piece for the “What the Butler Saw” show at the Union Plaza Hotel and Casino in Downtown, Las Vegas. It was made out of a heavy stock paper and was most likely displayed on a taxi or marquee. The lettering has yellow/red/white highlights while the Wilkinson art features a revealing skin tone with blonde hair and heels. Overall, the display is in great condition with some mild but expected display wear due to age and it measures 18×37.
