KMET 94.7 Radio Station Tee-Shirt Vintage Southern California SoCal

Presented is an original vintage promotional KMET 94.7 t-shirt. The blue shirt is vintage and measures 19″ across the chest and the 26″ from top of collar seam to bottom. Vintage tagging Hanes Beefy size L 42-44. Nice branding on front and back. Shirt itself shows some dust from storage.

This lot is from the T-Shirt collection from the estate of Chuck Landis (aka Largo) veteran promoter, concert best known as co-founder of the Roxy West Hollywood rock club in the early 1970’s and in 1980.  Many of the T-Shirts come from performances that were at the venue.  They have been locked away for many until now. 

The Rox bar was a regular hangout for John Lennon, Harry Nilsson, Alice Cooper and Keith Moon Heidi Fleiss in the 1980s.    So you can only imagine what stories can tell?
