Late 1970’s Willie McCovey Game-Worn Giants Cap

Hall of Famer Willie McCovey’s soft-spoken nature sometimes caused him to be the forgotten man among the other San Francisco Giants star players, but his play on the field spoke for itself. The great power hitter wore this Giants cap in the late 1970’s, putting moderate use into it. The [size] “7 5/8” cap showcases minor staining along the sweatband. “Mc” is written and circled in black marker on the inside of the brim.
