Late 70’s/Early 80’s Darrell Evans Game-Worn Giants Batting Helmet

Darrell Evans enjoyed a productive 21-year career as a member of the Atlanta Braves, Detroit Tigers and the San Fransisco Giants, the team he played for while wearing this 1970’s shell. Heavy scrapes and soiling are present on the black and orange artifact used during the peak of Evans’ career. This helmet exhibits excessive interior wear, and as a result, the ear flap padding has dislodged.
