Lou Gehrig First Day Cover Original Artwork

This piece is actually an onionskin overlay of a photograph with artistic enhancement and addition of a vignette. The skin cover bears several lateral creases yielding the piece about VG, yet it is, after all, the original work for Artmaster’s American Sports Series fdc of June 10, 1989.
