Mike Easler’s 1000th Hit Game-Used Bat

During his tenure as a Yankee, Mike Easler clubbed his 1,000th career hit. The bat that exacted the milestone was this Louisville Slugger C271, and it came at the expense of Boston hurler, Jeff Sellers, on Oct. 6, 1987. The bat, showing mild use, has cleat marks and a donut impression on the barrel.
