The Touchdown Club of Colombus (Ohio) awarded the MLB Commissioner and Governor Happy Chandler this Award of Distinction in 1983. Of note, the arm was repaired (as shown) and it shows minor spots of surface wear (see photos). Measures in at 16-1/2″ tall, 6-1/2″ across and 4-1/2″ depth.
