Description
It didn’t come easy, obtaining a football that Tom Brady touch and used during his football career. Presented here is the “Duke” NFL Wilson Game-Used Football from the New England Patriots. It is marked appropriately with these stampings including the commissioner “Roger Goodell”. August 8, 2006, Goodell was chosen to succeed Tagliabue.  This would date the ball after 2006.
Stamping on the ball underneath the Wilson Made in the USA stamping reads “EV”.  This marking indicates V-May E-2. “Patriots” is stamped on the side panel of the football and also has the American Football Conference stamping.
The laces have been colored blue and this was done to identify the different types of balls used by the Patriots, passing balls, kicker balls and punter balls. Typically, kicker or punter footballs would also be denoted with a “K”. Upon examination, we do not see any “K’ designation and therefore would deduce that this football is a Passer football. The balls would be used during a game. It would be nearly impossible for Tom Brady not to have used this football during a game.
It was obtained by a grounds keeper of the Patriots Stadium.
