Nov. 16, 2014 Warriors vs. Lakers – Kobe Bryant Game-Worn, Signed & Inscribed “44 Pts” Sneakers Shoes (Panini COA 1/1)Go Back
Out of stock
As part of his swan song, Kobe Bryant announced he will not be playing in the Summer Olympics. It may be a bummer but the man who has carried the Lakers over the entirety of his 20 year career deserves a break. Any piece of the Bryant legacy deserves an honorable place in a collector’s castle. This is one of those treasures.
Presented is a pair of Kobe Bryant game-worn basketball high top style sneakers. They are white/purple Nike Kobe IX Elites. They were worn by the Mamba during the 2014 Lakers season.
They display good single game use and feature appropriate “PROMO SAMPLE” tagging on the inside of the tongue. They are size 14 and have the season indicated “HO14”. Bryant signed the sneakers in silver paint pen with his points inscription “44 Pts.” The bottoms have the game date hand-written.
The shoes were worn on November 16, 2014 when Stephen Curry had 30 points in the game and the Warriors cruised to a 135-115 victory over the Lakers. Kobe Bryant towed the line for the Lakers with 44 points. Not too shabby for the 36 year-old (at the time as he is now 37).
The Panini COA (and box) included for authentication reads as follows:
“This pair of Nike shoes was worn by Kobe Bryant is an official NBA game on November 16th, 2014 vs. the Golden State Warriors. Bryant finished the game with 44 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists. Bryant’s signature and inscriptions were witnessed by an official representative of Panini Authentic. Limited Edition 1/1.”
