Nov. 8, 2015 New Orleans Saints vs. Tennessee Titans – Marcus Mariota Game-Worn, Signed Road Jersey (PSA NFL COA)Go Back
Out of stock
Two NFL teams generated excitement this season with brand new quarterbacks at the helm. In the 2015 NFL Draft, the Buccaneers selected Jameis Winston at #1 and the Titans scooped up Marcus Mariota at #2.
Presented is a game-worn jersey of the Titans pick and Oregon Ducks favorite, Marcus Mariota. The jersey was worn in a “Salute to Service” game held on November 8, 2015 in New Orleans against the Saints. From the jump, the Titans turned in a feisty performance snapping a six game losing streak with a win.
The rookie (Mariota) passed for 371 yards and had four touchdowns! This included the game winning 5-yard zip pass to Anthony Fasano in overtime to secure the 34-28 victory. Mariota completed 28-39 passes and was decisive under pressure. Interestingly, Mariota was the first rookie in NFL history to have at least 350 yards and four touchdowns with no interceptions in a game.
The white Nike “On Field” away jersey has tagging in the collar with year “2015” and size “40” +2 Length – additional coding is also present 21911007441G. Interior seam tagging has wash instructions and it is elasticized at the bottom. The jersey shows tremendous use with loose threading visible in the Getty photo matches (on shoulder in particular) along with blood staining on the sleeves and toward the left of the NFL shield (also shown in photos from the game). Mariota signed the jersey boldly on the back number in silver paint pen (“10”).
Included for authentication is the PSA/DNA NFL COA with sticker in the collar 2N21050. Also included is the original NFL Titans bag.
