Oscar Gamble Game-Used Bat w/Fernando Gonzalez Signed Letter

Most remember Oscar Gamble for his fro, which could rival Julius Irving’s any day of the week. But the Big O was an accomplished player who lasted 17 seasons at the top level.
This game-used model B267 Hillerich & Bradsby bat (34") was gifted to teammate Fernando Gonzalez by Gamble. The two were teammates in 1978 while playing for the Padres.

Authentication is secured with a signed letter from Gonzalez. There is a healthy 8" handle crack, which signified the end of the bat’s big league life. Numerous ball marks pepper the back barrel, and there are some surface scratches.
