Paul Pierce Game Issued Shorts 2006 NBA All-Star Game – COA 100% Authentic Team

The 2006 NBA All-Star Game was played on Sunday, February 19, 2006 at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, home of the Houston Rockets. The game was the 55th annual All-Star game. The theme song was by Houston native Chamillionaire who made a new version of his hit “Turn It Up.” Trailing by 21 points, the East rode the hot shooting of LeBron James and the teamwork of the four All-Stars from the Detroit Pistons to a 122–120 victory over the West.

Presented are a pair of 2006 NBA All-Star Game pro model game issued shorts owned by Paul Pierce. The shorts are a special navy blue knit for the Houston All-Star Game.  It is unknown if they were worn in the game by Pierce as there are no player identifiers but it is possible because of the wear. Hence, they were designated as game issued.

Reebok waistband tagging shows the +2″ Inseam  [size] 46 with All Star logo. The front features side panels that are red with white stripes and blue stars along with the NBA logo at the ends. It sports an Eastern Conference patch centrally on the front of the waistband. The back has the year/location embroidered “H0U6TON”. The shorts show wear with wrinkling throughout. Interestingly, it was an item that came directly from Paul Pierce. Overall, it is a great NBA collectible by itself but since it was issued to Paul Pierce, it makes it that more special.
