C.C. DeVille Canadian Gold Single Cassette for “ Unskinny Bop”
Just like the “Look What The Cat Dragged In” Platinum Record, Al received this directly from the one band member he was closest to, guitarist C.C. DeVille. When the band has a successful follow-up album to their debut record, Al was there with his limo and band services helping out, just like he had been for over 5 years prior. At this point, the band had taken on a major management company that refused to provide an award with Al’s name on it. C.C. felt bad about it and had Al come to his home to pick this one up as a gift
Poison Tour Lot including Al’s Blue Tour Book complete with schedule, calendar, and contact list along with Bret Michaels handwritten Lyrics and setlist
In the summer of 1986, Al Bowman was given the job of Tour Manager of Poison’s first national tour when they were signed to Enigma Records. The band was the third bill to Quiet Riot and Keel. When Al ran out of notebook paper, he asked Bret to us his notebook to take notes. Many of Bret Michael’s notes remained in the book. This red notebook includes Bret’s personal writings, new songs he was creating at the time, and Al’s tour notes.
