President Jimmy Carter Signed Cut – COA PSA/DNA

In 1975, President Jimmy Carter was serving his last year of the Presidency. Meanwhile, “Mr. Kot-tare” was just starting to keep the “Sweathogs” in line. Could it have been a ironic close-pronunciation (name) coincidence? Presented are two piece of parchments (cuts measure 2″ x 4.75″ & 2.5″ x 4.25″) signed by President Jimmy Carter in black felt tip (“9”). Both cuts were authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
