Program From Mickey Mantle’s High School Football Game – Displayed at Mantle’s Restaurant (Business Partner LOA)

Mickey Mantle was a diverse athlete who also played basketball and football at Commerce High School in Oklahoma. He was even offered a football scholarship by the University of Oklahoma. Presented is a program/scoresheet from one of his high school football games. It’s in VG-EX condition (compacting folds – handling wear). It showcases Mantle on the Tiger’s roster against the Chelsea Green Dragons. As an interesting side note, he was rostered along with a full back named Ruth. The program (10-1/2" x 15" in matte, 16" x 21" overall) was originally displayed in Mickey Mantle’s restaurant and is now offered by his former business partner (LOA included).
