Description
In his 21 seasons, Reggie Jackson was on 11 division winners and 6 championship teams. His .357 batting average in 27 World Series games earned him the nickname “Mr .October.” Mr. October played 21 major league seasons – the 21st, and final, for the franchise he started with – the Athletics.
Presented is one of his game used bats from 1985 when he was with the California Angels. It is a Rawlings Adironack model 288RJ and it measures 34.5″ and weighs in at 30.8 oz. It is uncracked with evidence of light use. It was also autographed by Jackson in silver paint pen (“9”). This one was graded GU 7 by PSA/DNA Bats and includes their authentication paperwork.
