In recent years signed guitar pick guards have become a favorite among fans to display the autographs of their favorite recording artists. Most pick guards signed are bright white and made of very durable plastic. When signed with a permanent felt tip pen, the signature will contrast well with the background.
Presented is one of those guitar pickguards signed by Robert Cray. The pickguard was added to a blue Fender Strat electric guitar. Cray signed the pickguard in black felt tip (“6-7” light but legible) with the date inscription, “2013”. Also, to note there’s some discoloration on the pickguard.
