This award was very tough to let go of. It represented the final year of the Los Angeles Music Awards rich history.

In 1991, when the show was founded, it started during a time when the internet did not even exist.

Over the 25 years of it’s amazing and historical run, technology changed so much and the L.A. Music Awards rolled with those changes.

The final event where these awards were presented had some amazing celebrities in attendance. White House pianist David Osborne

performed the opening set. Local L.A. Legends Great White also performed, as did guitar legend Mitch Perry. Celebrity guest recipients

included comedian Andy Dick, TV host Dr. Drew, actress Danielle Bisutti and many others. The event was held in September 2015 at the Whisky A Go-G
