Salvador Dali was a Spanish surrealist artist renowned for his technical skill, precise draftsmanship and the striking and bizarre images in his work. Dalí’s artistic repertoire included painting, graphic arts, film, sculpture, design and photography, at times in collaboration with other artists. He also wrote fiction, poetry, autobiography, essays and criticism. Major themes in his work include dreams, the subconscious, sexuality, religion, science and his closest personal relationships.
Picasso was a Spanish painter, sculptor, printmaker, ceramicist, stage designer, poet and playwright who spent most of his adult life in France. Regarded as one of the most influential artists of the 20th century, he is known for co-founding the Cubist movement, the invention of constructed sculpture, the co-invention of collage, and for the wide variety of styles that he helped develop and explore.
Presented is a collection of (6) of Picasso and Dali’s artwork prints. Each feature a surreal image and have facsimile autographs of the eccentric artist along the bottom border. See the photos for the style and variety.
The largest (2) are of different design and measure 24×30. The others are (2) 18.5×25 and “Venice” 769/4900 19.5×25. The last is a Picasso 20×24. The all feature some edge wear from previous display.
