Sandy Alomar Jr. Signed, Game-Used Bat

Among many of Sandy Alomar’s Jr.’s accomplishments, Minor League Player of the Year was the catalyst that jumped him into the Majors. The bat model M159 measures 34” and weighs 31 oz. The uncracked lumber shows blue ball transfer marks, hit marks and light pine tar usage. Alomar’s jersey number “17” and name can be found lightly marked on the knob in black. He signed the barrel in gold paint pen with the inscription “1988, PCL MVP” (“7”). Of note is a smoke-related defect on the handle.
