Snoop Dogg Signed Tour Jacket – COA JSAGo Back
Back in the 1990s, the East Coast vs. West Coast rap battle raged on. Whether the beef was real or some sort of genius promotional gimmick we will never know. Many of the people who could have answered the question are now gone. Within a short period of time we lost two of the most influential hip hop artists in Biggie and Tupac. During the 1990’s, the musical influence of Snoop Dogg echoed through the radio and MTV (back when it was about the music) and had an impact on the hip hop culture.
When doing live shows, the artist’s crew is ever-so-important. Presented is a Snoop Dogg tour jacket from one of his crew members. There was 25 or less produced. It is a navy blue Dickies brand cotton/polyester three-quarter length blue jacket with zipper front and quilted lining and button cuffs. Size: 4XL – Reg. (Regular). It features two slash side pockets. “DPGC” (Dogg Pound Gangster Clique) and paw print embroidered in white thread on the right breast. The left sleeve has an embroidered St. Ides promotional zig-zag symbol. The back features a large (14″ x 6.5″) Snoop Dogg caricature constructed of nylon or acetate pieces with embroidered accents. “THA DOGG FATHER” is embroidered in 2″ tall letters. “Uniquely U” designer label embroidered at the lower edge. The highlight is that is was autographed by Snoop in green marker for his crew member on the back logo with the inscription, “God Bless” ES 2002.
