Brian “British Bulldog” London fought Muhammad Ali for his second chance at a heavyweight title. Ali defended the title at Earl’s Court Exhibition Hall across the Pond in London, England on June 8, 1966. Ali knocked the Bulldog down for the count in the third round. London claimed to have waved the white flag after being knocked down and not coming back up. His reasoning was he got paid the same for three rounds as he would have had for the full 15. Presented is a RARE full ticket from the event – it is a Press – Ringside Seat ticket. Both fighter’s portraits are highlighted on the ducat with the special press designation. For preservation it has been encapsulated by SGC as AUTHENTIC.
