Description
Nicknamed Stan the Man, Stan Musial was an American baseball outfielder and first baseman. He spent 22 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) playing for the St. Louis Cardinals, from 1941 to 1944 and from 1946 to 1963. He was widely considered to be one of the greatest and most consistent hitters in baseball history.
Presented is a Stan Musial model catcher’s mitt (Montgomery Ward Hawthorne Pro Model )autographed by the man himself, Stan Musial. He signed the glove in black felt tip (“8”). The glove shows play wear throughout but the signature is a solid contrast.
