Steve Garvey Game-Issued, Signed Mitt

Steve Garvey was one of the most popular players to ever play with the Dodgers. Maybe it was his great rapport with the fans or ability to change the game with one flick of his oversized forearms, but Garvey had a stranglehold on the hearts of many Dodgers’ fans. This Rawlings first baseman’s glove was issued for use in 1975. Constructed out of heart of the hide leather, the tan mitt has Garvey’s signature stamped into the glove as he was on Rawling’s advisory staff. The glove has deer skin lining and bleeds Dodger blue. Garvey signed the wriststrap in black felt tip (“8”) to seal the deal.
