Steven Jackson is a former NFL running back. He played at Oregon State and was later drafted by the St. Louis Rams (24th overall) in the 2004 NFL Draft. He also spent time with the Atlanta Falcons and New England Patriots. Jackson holds the Rams franchise record for most rushing yards, and is a member of the 10,000 yard rushing club. He was a three time Pro Bowler during his time with the Rams (2006, 2009 & 2010).

Jackson started the 2010 season with 81 rushing yards in a 17-13 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. He rushed for over 100 in three consecutive games against the Detroit Lions, San Diego Chargers, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Jackson surpassed Eric Dickerson as the Rams’ all-time leading rusher, with a 110-yard effort against the Buccaneers game. He rushed for 1,145 yards during the 2011 regular season, marking the seventh consecutive season he has surpassed 1,000 yards. He earned his third Pro Bowl nomination for the 2010 season. He was ranked 38th by his fellow players on the NFL Top 100 Players of 2011.

This is a 2010 St. Louis Rams Steven Jackson game-worn jersey with pink (for Breast Cancer awareness) BCA Captains Patch.  The Reebok jersey has been photo matched to the October 3, 2010 game. That day in the Rams victory over the Seahawks (20-3), Jackson had 70 yards on 22 carries to pass Marshall Faulk for No. 2 on the Rams’ rushing list, shaking off an injury that sidelined him the second half of last week’s win over the Redskins. He added three catches for 54 yards, including a 49-yarder before Kenneth Darby scored on a 21-yard screen pass.

It is a [size] 48 with definite use with soiling is shown with a few hit scrapes on the verso numbers. In the photo matching process, you can clearly see the matching dirt/hit marks on the front and the back within the photos from the game. Note, the visible line toward the bottom of his verso #9.  Each of the identifiers is crafted in two-color tackle twill. The numbers have puckered slightly as well and it’s custom cut along the bottom for preference. There’s no tagging in the tail and in the collar is the 10-48 – S patches sewn in.
