The Allman Brothers Band Signed Guitar Derek Trucks, Warren Hayes & Gregg – COA PSA/DNA

The Allman Brothers Band were an American rock band formed in Jacksonville, Florida in 1969 by brothers Duane Allman (founder, slide guitar and lead guitar) and Gregg Allman (vocals, keyboards, songwriting), as well as Dickey Betts (lead guitar, vocals, songwriting), Berry Oakley (bass guitar), Butch Trucks (drums), and Jai Johanny “Jaimoe” Johanson (drums). Subsequently, based in Macon, Georgia, the band incorporated elements of blues, jazz, and country music, and their live shows featured jam band-style improvisation and instrumentals.

In recent years signed guitar pick guards have become a favorite among fans to display the autographs of their favorite recording artists. Most pick guards signed are bright white and made of very durable plastic. When signed with a permanent felt tip pen, the signature will contrast well with the background.

Presented is one of those guitar pickguards signed by the Allman Brothers. The pickguard was added to a black Fender Squire Stratocaster guitar. Derek Trucks and Warren Hayes
