Tony Perez Game-Used, Signed Bat

Out of a Havana sugar cane factory and into the big leagues, Tony Perez made a big splash with the Reds. Tacitly, the clutch-hitting HOFer became guiding spirit of “The Big Red Machine.” Offered is one of his Louisville Sluggers (R43) that measures 35-1/2″ and weighs 30.2 oz. The timber shows medium use with hit and black rack marks. There’s a moderate coat of pine tar on the handle. His uniform number “24” appears on the barrel end in black felt tip. He signed the bat in black felt tip on the barrel (faded, “6-7”). Also to note, there is heat damage to the handle and barrel.
