Presented is a two piece political autographed collection consisting of Al Smith and Earl Warren.
Al Smith was elected Governor of New York four times and was the Democratic U.S. presidential candidate in 1928.
Presented is an index card autographed by Smith in black pen on the lined side (“9”). It was attractively mounted and affixed into a display featuring a black and white photo of the politician along with Franklin D. Roosevelt (the victor in the party’s presidential race). The matte display measures 11×14.
Earl Warren was an American jurist and politician who served as the 30th Governor of California (1943–1953) and later the 14th Chief Justice of the United States (1953–1969).
Presented is a personal letter signed by the politician, Earl Warren. The typed signed letter is dated to August 28, 1948. It was on his personal stationary. Warren signed the bottom of the letter in black felt tip (“9”). The original mailing envelope is also included.
