Van Halen Signed Ticket Stub – COA JSA

After Van Halen’s debut album release in 1978, he was named as “Best New Guitarist of The Year” by Guitar Player Magazine. In the early 1970’s, guitarist Eddie Van Halen and his brother Alex, a drummer, formed the group “Mammoth” with vocalist David Lee Roth and bass player Michael Anthony. They changed their name to Van Halen in ’78. Roth was fired in 1986 and replaced by Sammy Hagar, who was, in turn, replaced by Gary Cherone in ’96.

This concert ticket stub was signed by four of the original members of Van Halen. Signers in blue pen (“9”) on the front/back include David Lee Roth, Michael Anthony, Alex Van Halen and Eddie Van Halen.
