Willie McCovey Signed Baseball Giants – COA JSA – send back

In his Major League debut on July 30, 1959, Willie McCovey went four-for-four against Hall-of-Famer Robin Roberts of the Philadelphia Phillies with two singles and two triples. McCovey found major league pitchers simpler to hit than minor leaguers because the major leaguers had better control of their pitches.

Presented is an ONL (White) baseball autographed by Willie McCovey. He signed it on the sweet spot in blue ballpoint pen (“9”). The ball itself shows toning from age.
