1992-93 Michael Jordan Game-Worn Shoes

The Nike Air Jordan VIII’s could be considered the “In Living Color” shoes of the 1990s by virtue of their colorful (almost graffiti-like) pattern. Michael Jordan wore these shoes during the 1992-93 season when he won his seventh straight scoring title and third straight NBA championship. This particular style can be matched exactly to Michael’s footwear worn during the 1993 Finals (versus the Phoenix Suns). The [size] “13” sneakers show acceptable wear, considering that he typically adopted a new pair for each game. They show very mild exterior scuffing (on bottom) and gentle wrinkling in the toe box. An 11-digit production code number appears on the tag. The shoes, we’re told, were obtained by Don Steinbach and Pat Quinn from the Bulls’ staff.
