3.  The shirt is an official Nike RF shirt.  Traditional Nike identifiers, thermally bonded seams throughout, thermally applied logos, etc.  Shirt is marked as a size Medium.  This is the style Rogerhad worn at the 2012 ATP Western & Southern Open in Cincinnati, OH.
