BB King Tour Jacket Worn by Melvin Wildcat Jackson

B.B. King was more than just a musician, he was the Godfather and elder statesman of the blues. Every guitarist that has the blues in their blood still channels King in their play.

Presented is B.B. King World Tour jacket worn by his longtime saxophone player, Melvin “Wildcat” Jackson. As a professional musician he worked with many of the greats including Johnny Taylor and Bobby Bluebland. Jackson also spent more than 20 years of his career on stage with King.

This one is a combo regular/jean jacket. The front is standard with the verso having a special B.B. King – King of the Blues Worldwide logo. The inside collar tagging indicates it was made by SAS INC. and is a [size] S. Of note, the sleeve has some staining. Overall, an incredible piece to own as King cemented himself as a music legend and owning this concert tour jacket is a grand tribute.
